• Tyraps must be intact.
• Broken seals cannot be returned.
• Color and texture may be checked for a match without breaking the hygiene seal or using the product.

To ensure quality and hygiene for all our customers, we only accept returns of extensions that are completely unused and in their original condition.

The product must therefore:

• Not be used.
• Not be cut.
• Not be styled.
• Not be made wet.
• Contain no styling products.
• Not be worn or attached.
• Not be brushed or washed.
• Be free of hairs, odors, and other signs of use.
• The original hygiene seal, ties, labels, and packaging must be completely intact.

Important: Once the hygiene seal is broken or the product has been worn or used, we can no longer accept the product as a return for hygiene reasons.

• Exchange for a different color, length, or product.
• Return shipping costs to Capilli are the customer's responsibility.
• New shipment to the customer is covered by Capilli Extensions.
