  • The gold hygiene seal and any tyraps must remain intact.
  • Return shipping costs to Capilli are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We cover the shipping costs for resending the exchanged product.
  • Keep your shipping receipt until the exchange has been fully processed.

  • Broken seals cannot be exchanged.
  • Color and texture may be checked for a match without breaking the hygiene seal or using the product.
