Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

At Capilli Extensions, all our hair extensions are freshly made to order. This means you won’t receive old stock, but brand new hair of the highest quality.

The average delivery time is:

• 7 to 10 business days.
• Weekends and public holidays are not included

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (CET) are processed the same business day. If your order is placed after 4:00 PM, we will process it the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship our packages with DHL and PostNL. You will always receive an email with a track & trace link once your order has been shipped.

• Orders containing hair extensions are sent registered for extra security
• Small accessories (such as clips or tapes) are usually sent via mailbox delivery

Shipping Costs

• Other EU countries: shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Outside the EU: rates depend on destination and weight

Responsibility & Risk

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number.

• Registered shipments are insured until delivery
• Make sure you enter the correct address; incorrect addresses are at the buyer’s risk
