Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

At Capilli Extensions, all our hair extensions are freshly made to order. This means you will not receive old stock, but brand new hair of the highest quality.

The average delivery time is:

• 7 to 10 working days.
• Weekends and public holidays are not included

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (CET) are processed the same working day. If your order is placed after 4:00 PM, we will process it the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We send our packages with DHL and PostNL. You will always receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

• Orders with hair extensions are sent by registered mail for extra security
• Small accessories (such as clips or tapes) are usually sent by mailbox post

Shipping Costs

• Other EU countries: shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Outside the EU: rates depend on destination and weight

Responsibility & Risk

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number.

• For registered shipping, the shipment is insured until receipt
• Make sure you enter the correct address; incorrect addresses are at the buyer’s risk
