Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

At Capilli Extensions, all our hair extensions are freshly produced to order. This means you do not receive old stock, but brand new hair of the highest quality.

The average delivery time is:

• 7 to 10 working days.
• Weekends and public holidays are not included

Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) are processed the same working day. If your order is placed after 16:00, we will process your order the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship our packages with DHL and PostNL. You will always receive an email with a track & trace link as soon as your order has been shipped.

• Orders with hair extensions are sent registered for extra security
• Small accessories (such as clips or tapes) are usually sent via mailbox post

Shipping Costs

• Other EU countries: shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• Outside the EU: rates depend on destination and weight

Responsibility & Risk

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number.

• Registered shipping is insured until receipt
• Make sure you enter the correct address; incorrect addresses are at the buyer's risk
