Exchange and return

Return policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without any giving reason. You have 14 days after cancellation to return your product.

You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account.

If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to Capilli Extensions.

To make use of this right, we would like to ask you to send us the relevant return form (PDF) at the bottom of the page.


We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return exceptions

- The product and packaging must not be damaged. The attachment (the golden hygiene seal) of the extensions must not be cut off or be detached or missing in any way. If the gold seal has been loosened, the package may not be returned.

- You are not using the product !. You may not use the product for testing, for hygienic reasons! We do not take back the product if it has been used.

- You handle the packaging and materials with care. We do not take back packaging that has been torn open.

- We only take original packaging and products back, nothing should be missing, the extensions must be returned to us in the same way as it was delivered to you. The attachment (the gold seal) of the extensions may not be cut, loosened or missing in any way. You can take the product out of the plastic packaging, feel it, look at it and hold it next to your hair to see if the product has the right color. If you break the gold seal, you agree with your purchase.

- Did you order a curl? Don't loosen the curl! It must be returned to us as you received it.

- We will not take back packaging that has been described or covered.

- Extensions that have been used, cut, blow-dried, styled or other products that have been applied to the extensions may not be returned or exchanged.

- Products that are made to your specification or tailor-made (customized products).

- You are responsible for the return shipment.

- Return costs are not reimbursed by us, we kindly ask you to send the package insured (registered).

- We will not take back packages that are returned after 14 days! We will always return the package to you, please note that the costs can be recovered from you. You have 14 days to return the package.


When purchasing a product at Capilli Extensions you have the right to exchange the product for 14 days, starting from the day you received the product.

If you choose to exercise your right to exchange the product, you can report this via the return form. You can send the form filled in with your request to:

If you wish to exchange your purchase, for example because you want to change color, then you as a customer are responsible for the shipping costs relating to the goods you want to exchange.

We will ensure that all new shipping costs will be for our account, with regard to the exchange of the product to your home address.
